Yes, you have the option to add premixed fragrance or a DIY Fragrance Kit for each item in your order. Each requires payment of an additional fee.
For clarification, if a DIY Fragrance Kit is purchased, the customer is responsible for mixing fragrance in product. Pravada Beauty Labs is not responsible for any errors in this process. View our DIY Fragrance Mixing Manual for help. Please contact us with any questions at (239)260-9826.

NOTE: Please be aware that adding fragrance to a product may change the color of the base product at the time of blending, or it may change slightly over time as the product ages.  The addition of fragrance may also impact the viscosity of the product.

All products will come with their standard packaging as shown in the product images, and are unable to be customized.

After verifying your Resale Tax Certificate, your profile will be marked as "tax exempt" and you will have the ability to checkout without paying tax. Please note, the verification process can take up to 3 days if you have emailed us a copy.

Please contact our team via email with your resale tax certificate and order number, and we will happily refund you the tax.

Lead times are calculated from the date of order confirmation to the date of shipment and depend on the specifics of the order. Lead times are generally 2-4 weeks, but can vary by product. Please be advised that lead times are subject to change, and you will be notified if such change occurs. Thank you for understanding.
